Self Referrals
There are a number of services locally that you are able to make self referrals to:
GP Referrals
To request a GP referral:
- use the eConsult service
- Although the usual closing time for eConsult is 6:30pm, please note that the practice may close it earlier for patient safety reasons, particularly during periods of increased demand. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Provide as much information as you can as this will help us to process your request.
Tracking a Referral
To track an existing referral:
- use the eConsult service
- Although the usual closing time for eConsult is 3pm, please note that the practice may close it earlier if capacity is reached sooner than expected due to increased demand. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
